About The Position

The Curbside Pickup Team Member fulfills customers’ online curbside orders and supports a fast, friendly, and accurate pickup experience. The role receives daily workflow through a dashboard, selects and bags products according to store standards, and stores orders in the staging area while following food safety guidelines. Team members greet customers at pickup, collect payment, answer questions, and help resolve complaints by contacting leadership when needed. They maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, and leadership, and keep their work area clean and neat. Other duties may be assigned or required.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent required.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong communication skills.
General awareness of food safety regulations.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.

Nice To Haves

One to three years of experience in a Meijer store preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customers’ online curbside orders using the daily workflow received through a dashboard.
Provide fast, friendly, accurate curbside service to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Select products within the store and bag them according to bagging standards.
Store products appropriately in the staging area while following food safety guidelines.
Greet customers and collect payment for orders.
Respond courteously to customer questions and needs, in person and by phone.
Resolve customer complaints promptly, contacting leadership when needed.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
