About The Position

The Culture & Employee Experience Coordinator enhances CAHN’s workplace culture by supporting engagement programs, recognition initiatives, employee communications, onboarding experience, and morale-building activities. The role strengthens employee connection, supports organizational values, and helps cultivate a positive, inclusive, mission-driven environment. The position is onsite at 2809 North Ave in Richmond, Virginia. The listed salary range is $20.00–$27.00 per hour; the posting identifies the position type as full-time/part-time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and morale-building events.
• Support culture initiatives that reinforce CAHN CARES values.
• Draft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and engagement messaging.
• Facilitate welcoming, culture-aligned onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Coordinate training schedules and materials, and track attendance.
• Track engagement participation, feedback, and culture-related metrics.
• Provide non-confidential employee assistance and escalate concerns appropriately.
