About The Position

This is a travel temporary assignment for a CT / X-ray Technologist in Seaside, Oregon. The role involves performing CT exams and X-ray imaging for inpatient and outpatient populations using GE CT equipment in a hospital setting. The assignment is for a duration of Weeks, starting on 09/21/2026, with a shift of 4x10 Nights (Mon-Thu, 20:00-06:30). The position requires coverage of night CT duties during a Leave of Absence (LOA).

Requirements

ARRT CT certification and ARRT Radiography (R) certification; BLS required.
Minimum 2 years of imaging experience; recent X-ray experience is a hard stop.
Inpatient and/or outpatient imaging experience; all ages from neonates to geriatrics.
GE CT equipment experience required; other major vendors acceptable (Hitachi, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba).
Epic charting proficiency; PACS experience; contrast administration and radiation safety knowledge.
Must have a vehicle.
Two references covering 1 year within the last 3 years.
Completion of pre-start modules.
Provide SSN and DOB for onboarding.
Background checks and standard compliance screening required.
RTO rules apply.

Responsibilities

Perform CT examinations and general radiography (X-ray) for inpatient and outpatient populations across all ages.
Operate GE CT imaging equipment (experience with GE or other major vendors accepted); ensure image quality and adherence to protocols.
Prepare, administer, and monitor contrast agents as required; manage patient safety and radiation safety practices.
Utilize PACS and Epic charting; document procedures and ensure accurate, timely record-keeping.
Collaborate with radiology team, lift teams, rapid response, and transportation to support patient care and throughput.
Assist with patient positioning, exposure setup, and safety checks; maintain equipment and supply inventories.
