About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a CSA Lead, Capacity Delivery to engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized in months, not years. This role owns technical execution across every build, including drawings, field questions, and engineering calls to keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving. The team engineers data centers that go up in months, not years, where rework is not an option and problems must be caught on paper. The goal is to design it once and build it a hundred times, with every site's lessons rolling into the reference design on the way to 50GW+, so each build starts ahead of the last. The Capacity Delivery Team is focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. This involves acquiring power, designing and building data centers, and operating them with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are key differentiators in building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.

Requirements

Led CSA engineering on large industrial builds.
Owned foundation and structural steel packages at data center or industrial scale.
Field decisions get made in hours and survive later review.
Direct consultants rather than defer to them.

Responsibilities

Own civil, structural, and architectural engineering across the build portfolio: the standards, the reviews, and the hard calls.
Set the CSA reference design and drive it through every site adaptation.
Resolve field CSA issues fast, foundations, steel, envelope, with decisions that hold up.
Manage CSA consultants and review their work like the owner of record.
