BIM Lead, Capacity Delivery
About The Position
Fluidstack is seeking a BIM Lead to own BIM across their portfolio, including standards, the federated model, and the coordination process for every site. The Capacity Delivery Team is responsible for engineering gigawatts from drawing to energized in months, not years, and engineering data centers that can be built in months. They aim to design it once and build it a hundred times, ensuring lessons learned from each site are incorporated into the reference design for future builds. The BIM Lead will be crucial in setting the BIM execution plan, managing clash detection as a production process, and connecting the model to the field for drawings, prefab spooling, and as-builts.
Requirements
- Led BIM on large construction programs across many stakeholders.
- Written BIM execution plans people actually followed.
- Run clash management with metrics, and the metrics improve.
- Connected models to fabrication and know exactly where that breaks.

Responsibilities
- Own BIM across the portfolio: the standards, the federated model, and the coordination process every site runs.
- Set the BIM execution plan and hold designers, fabricators, and GCs to it.
- Run clash detection as a production process: issues found, assigned, resolved, and verified weekly.
- Connect the model to the field: drawings, prefab spooling, and as-builts flow from one source of truth.
