About The Position

The Cross Border Carrier Executive drives growth and capacity within TransLoop’s Cross Border operation, focusing on freight between the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The role combines carrier sales, relationship management, and cross-border solution support, working closely with Customer Sales and Operations. The position uses TransLoop’s technology platform to optimize carrier performance and workflows, while supporting reliable service for customers and carriers.

Requirements

• Two to three years of Cross Border Carrier Sales experience.
• A proven track record of high performance.
• Strong writing and speaking skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new carrier relationships and grow existing ones through outbound prospecting, referrals, and lead generation.
• Support Cross Border customer growth by participating in demos and contributing to RFPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, the value proposition, and sales cadence.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and carriers.
• Represent TransLoop professionally in every interaction.
• Use the technology platform to optimize carrier performance and workflows.
• Partner with Operations and Afterhours to support smooth execution and resolve service issues.
• Maintain frequent contact with carriers to support engagement, performance, and capacity.
