About The Position

As a CRO Specialist at BRIGHTSCOUT, you will execute conversion rate optimization for B2B technology and SaaS clients, turning their websites into measurable growth engines. You will analyze data and user behavior, run A/B tests, and optimize landing pages to help convert more of the right visitors into qualified leads. You will collaborate with the SEO-AEO Strategist, Growth Strategist, Designers, Developers, and Project Managers to launch experiments, assess results rigorously, and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally in an agency, B2B, or SaaS environment.
  • Proven record of A/B tests that produced measurable conversion improvements; case studies are preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking and funnel reports.
  • Experience with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely or Convert, and behavior tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
  • Solid understanding of testing statistics, including significance, sample size, and common pitfalls.
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and persuasive landing-page copywriting.
  • Comfort with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build or adjust test variations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organized approach and ability to manage multiple client experiments in parallel.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Attio to connect conversions with pipeline and lead quality.
  • Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or headless CMSs such as Sanity or Payload, and Looker Studio.
  • Basic SEO and AEO knowledge, including how testing can affect organic performance and discoverability in LLMs.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM events.
  • Analyze funnels, traffic sources, and user behavior—including heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings—to identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
  • Own each client's CRO roadmap by developing data-backed hypotheses and prioritizing them with a framework such as ICE or PIE.
  • Design, build, quality-check, and launch A/B tests, defining success metrics, sample size, and duration in advance.
  • Analyze test results rigorously and maintain a shared log of learnings across clients.
  • Build and monitor dashboards for conversion performance and test results.
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, calls to action, pricing pages, and demo and lead-generation flows for B2B buying journeys.
  • Partner with Designers, Copy, and Developers on test variations, page speed, and mobile performance.
  • Coordinate with the SEO-AEO Strategist to protect organic and AI-search visibility during optimization.
  • Deliver CRO audits and present results and prioritized recommendations to clients in clear, non-technical language.

Benefits

  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Remote work from anywhere.
  • Flexible schedules aligned with project needs.
  • Competitive compensation in USD.
