About the position
The CRM Email and Marketing Specialist at YETI is responsible for the tactical strategy and execution of CRM programs, specifically focusing on email and SMS campaigns for the US market. This role involves managing and optimizing CRM channel communications, analyzing customer data to drive business results, and collaborating with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated marketer with a passion for creating personalized consumer experiences through email content. Responsibilities
- Help drive ideation and development of CRM channel communications, including email and SMS list growth strategies and triggered and dynamic programs
- Perform day-to-day CRM marketing activities, such as email and SMS campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns
- Maintain program engagement KPIs for Open Rate, Click-to-Open Rate, Conversion, and Unsubscribes through continuous test and learn agenda
- Analyze channel and customer data to draw insights and make recommendations for campaign optimization
- Maximize technical skills and cross-collaboration to meet business needs
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness by aligning with external partners
- Grow channels and identify segment trends and opportunities in collaboration with the CRM team
Requirements

- Experience in designing, planning, and reporting solutions for data-driven decision making
- Experience in CRM program management, including outbound campaigns, behavior-based triggers, and transactional trigger programs

- Ability to analyze channel and customer data to draw insights and make recommendations for campaign optimization
