Frontier Behavioral Health's Mobile Dispatch Unit provides telephone triage and assessment for youth, adults, and families in a behavioral health crisis. The Crisis Triage Specialist conducts telephone assessments with or on behalf of individuals whose health or safety is at risk due to a mental health or substance use condition. They collaborate with individuals, families, and community partners to offer support during a crisis. Crisis Triage Specialists are responsible for dispatching Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT) staff in a timely manner based on response criteria for various locations, and for triaging and dispatching calls requiring contact with a Designated Crisis Responder.
