About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency providing a range of services throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical home, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. CBI serves individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness, and provides prevention, education, and treatment using evidence-based models.

The Crisis Mobile Specialist (BHT) responds to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider. The role involves triaging immediate crisis situations, recommending appropriate interventions, and helping individuals transition to the most appropriate level of care when applicable.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Current driver’s license that is valid and in good standing.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
• C-PRSS Certification.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree.
• Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, or as a family member or veteran.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider.
• Triage the immediate crisis situation.
• Recommend the appropriate intervention.
• Help individuals in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable.
