Crisis Mobile Specialist
About The Position
The Crisis Mobile Specialist responds to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider. The role triages immediate crisis situations, recommends appropriate interventions, and helps individuals in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care when applicable. Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency operating programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. CBI provides care to people experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
- Current, valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
- C-PRSS Certification.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred.
- Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, or experience as a family member or veteran.
