About The Position

The Crisis Mobile Specialist (BHT) responds to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider. The role triages immediate crisis situations, recommends appropriate interventions, and helps individuals in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care when applicable. The position is with Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI), an integrated behavioral healthcare agency providing a range of services throughout Arizona.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Current valid driver's license in good standing.
• Clear 39-month motor vehicle record.
• C-PRSS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree.
• Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, or experience as a family member or veteran.
