About The Position

As a Crew Member at Wendy’s, you’ll help prepare food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant while working as part of the crew. The position welcomes people who are new to restaurant work and provides comprehensive paid training. Full-time and part-time schedules are available to suit different needs. The stated pay range is $15.40–$16.40 per hour.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to help coworkers and customers.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
• Ability and willingness to stand and move for most or all of the shift.
• Ability and willingness to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
• Ability and willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pitch in and help fellow crew members and customers.
• Learn new tasks and contribute to the team.
• Address problems and make things right when something does not seem right.
• Prepare food and serve customers according to brand standards and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean restaurant.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
• Stand and move for most or all of the shift.
