About The Position
The Crew Supervisor II - Maintenance role requires supervising direct reports and performing or overseeing hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution; the required education section also states high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
- At least 2 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Employment eligibility verification is required at the time of hire.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- 5 or more years of heavy industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of PLCs and hydraulic systems.
- Supervisory experience in a union environment.
- Supervisory experience with production employees.
- Strong customer focus and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, creative problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
