Maintenance Supervisor - C Crew
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance operations, coordinates repair and preventive maintenance activities, and ensures equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. The role leads skilled maintenance technicians, schedules work orders, monitors compliance with safety standards, and works to minimize downtime while supporting productivity and operational goals. The position supports projects, communication, and operational excellence. The schedule is 6 a.m.–5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 6 p.m.–5 a.m. Sunday and Monday. Travel is minimal and may involve visiting another plant for cross-training or job-related training.
Requirements
- Be a team player with strong communication skills.
- Have strong knowledge of assembly equipment.
- Be flexible and understanding of how to reach company goals.
- High school diploma or GED, and training in the skilled trades, such as electrical, mechanical, or robotics.
