About The Position

The Industrial Maintenance Technician works to continuously improve the reliability, efficiency, and utilization of plant equipment and manufacturing processes. The role uses mechanical and electrical expertise to install, maintain, and repair plant systems and equipment precisely, followed by concise and accurate documentation of activities and observations. The incumbent must be willing to work in a team environment and perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Technical associate degree or at least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Working knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Verbal and written communication skills, including basic computer proficiency.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or a U.S. Department of Labor-approved journeyman certificate.
• Working knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial food-processing and packaging equipment.
• National Career Readiness Certificate strongly recommended.
