About The Position

The Pizza Hut Crew Member is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by preparing quality food, providing friendly service, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant. Every team member plays an important role in delivering the great food and hospitality our guests expect. Whether you're greeting guests, preparing pizzas, or helping keep the kitchen running efficiently, you'll contribute to the success of every shift. This position requires a rotating schedule that includes days, afternoons, rotating weekends, and some holidays.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes days, afternoons, rotating weekends, and some holidays.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with guests and fellow team members.
Previous restaurant, retail, food service, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Guest Service: Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take guest orders accurately and efficiently. Answer questions and make menu recommendations. Provide prompt, courteous service that creates a memorable guest experience.
Prepare Quality Food: Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Pizza Hut recipes and quality standards. Maintain proper food presentation, portion control, and product freshness. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
Support Daily Operations: Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process guest transactions. Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift. Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities. Help maintain inventory and rotate products using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment: Keep food preparation areas, dining areas, equipment, and workstations clean and organized. Follow all company safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout every shift.
