About The Position

The Pizza Hut Crew Member creates an exceptional guest experience by preparing quality food, providing friendly service, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant. Team members may greet guests, take orders, prepare pizzas and other menu items, and help keep the kitchen running efficiently. The role contributes to the success of each shift and follows Pizza Hut recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures.

The position requires a rotating schedule that includes days, afternoons, rotating weekends, and some holidays. Starting pay is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Ability to perform food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and guest service duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to create a memorable guest experience.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Pizza Hut recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain proper food presentation, portion control, and product freshness.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, quality, and food-handling procedures.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process guest transactions.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities.
• Help maintain inventory and rotate products using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices.
• Keep food preparation areas, dining areas, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
