About The Position

Licking-Knox Goodwill Industries is hiring a full-time, first-shift Crew Leader at its Defense Supply Center/DSCC location in Whitehall, Ohio. The Crew Leader guides and supports a team of 8–10 employees, ensures cleaning work meets contract standards and quality expectations, and helps maintain a clean, safe environment. The role involves keeping operations organized, maintaining accurate records, providing direction and accountability, participating in required training, encouraging continuous improvement, and communicating with team members, supervisors, and customers. The Crew Leader is also expected to assist with hands-on work as needed.

The position pays $18.55 per hour and offers a $250 sign-on bonus. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Transportation is available from Newark. The posting lists the dates 10/15/26–11/18/26 without specifying what those dates represent.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a Federal REAL ID with a star in the top right corner.
• Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen, including THC screening.
