About The Position

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Crew Leader to help lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The role includes completing the Crew Leadership Program, coaching and developing team members, taking responsibility for an area of the wash, and maintaining quality standards. The Crew Leader helps foster a positive, customer-focused atmosphere, ensures customers have a memorable car wash experience, and works with management to coordinate daily staffing needs.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to adapt, change, and multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
Attention to detail and pride in work.
Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including some nights and weekends.
High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Completion of Driver A, Tunnel Operator, and CSA certifications.
Ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
