About The Position

The Crew Leader directs the daily activities of store team members during assigned shifts when the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Night Manager are absent. The role is responsible for store operations, including opening and closing the store when scheduled, protecting store property and funds, and monitoring employee performance. The Crew Leader also communicates with customers, resolves complaints, and conducts front-end administrative procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and ability to train other meat team members.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to established procedures.
• Direct and monitor the day-to-day activities of full-time and part-time store team members.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Conduct front-end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, and verification of cash tills.
• Protect store property and funds and monitor employee performance during assigned shifts.
