About The Position

The Crew Leader is responsible for distributing work, helping keep the team on task, and training new associates. This role assists the Warehouse Supervisor with daily tasks, plans nightly duties according to priority, schedules teams, and directs operational tasks. The Crew Leader also performs warehouse processes including replenishment, put-away, and shipping; identifies and maintains necessary equipment, tools, and supplies; and retrieves and transports products to assigned destinations.

The position is based at Wilson Sporting Goods Co.’s Warehouse / Distribution Center in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime when necessary. The role requires maintaining a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards, meeting attendance expectations, and working independently as well as with other departments and team members. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to successfully complete PIT training and operate a Reach Truck and Order Selector.
• Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime when necessary.
• Previous general SAP experience.
• Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities.
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
• Desire to grow with the company.
