The primary function of this position is to handle day-to-day credit-related processes and activities, including data processing, due date monitoring, documentation, and transaction closing. The Credit Middle Analyst supports transaction closing activities by coordinating with the Legal Department on the preparation and execution of contractual documentation following Credit Application approval, and liaising with the Back Office to facilitate post-approval processing. This role also handles requests related to the issuance of Standby Letters of Credit (L/C) and responds to transaction-related requests from ARP customers. Additionally, the analyst is responsible for monitoring various credit-related due dates, including the expiration dates of security and collateral documents (such as Guarantee Letters and other collateral-related documentation), credit facilities and lines, as well as tracking financial statement submissions and covenant compliance.
