About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home care for aging adults. Caregivers support clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The position offers pay of $22–$25 per hour, with full-time and part-time schedules available across all shifts. TheKey describes itself as a provider of private-pay in-home care for seniors and offers local team support and career development opportunities. Caregivers must meet state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. In California, timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification is a condition of employment. Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
HCA registration with the State of California, or ability to obtain it upon hire, and compliance with state background requirements.
Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Comply with applicable state background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist clients one-to-one with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands, including grocery shopping.
Provide companionship and social and emotional support through games, puzzles, or other activities.
