Credit & Collections Manager

Requirements
- Five years of collections experience.
- Familiar with Accounts Receiving Aging report.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- MS Office knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Supervises the day-to-day process and operations involved with collections and overdue /delinquent accounts.
- Run daily collection reports.
- Support and supervise other collectors and their collection efforts.
- Guide collectors on keeping accounts clean (offset invoices/credits, resolution for short payments and post unapplied cash).
- Ensure accounts are divided evenly amongst collectors.
- Establish weekly cash goals.
- Establish monthly collection percentage goals.
- Meet with credit manager weekly to review accounts of concerns.
- Monthly meetings with collectors.
- Yearly reviews for collectors, work with Credit Manager on these reviews.
- Track accounts in collections and update these accounts.
- The supervisor will have a book of business to collect.
