The Credit Admin Intern will learn about various functions in the Credit Administration Department. Ensures compliance within all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations. The internship will cover the following areas: Bank's Credit Culture, Basic Credit Analysis, How to understand financial statements, Calculating primary and secondary repayment sources, Credit Underwriting Process, Purpose of the credit request, Business background/overview, Appraisal review, Collateral coverage, Leverage and Liquidity, Understanding risk ratings, Conducting Annual Reviews, Relationship Management - To understand the target customer profile and their assessment approach, Loan Processing - To observe and to discuss their process, Construction Loan Management - To observe and discuss their process, Special Assets – Overall summary of Problem Loan Management, Review Market Research Reports, Provide a Management Analysis to identify areas of risk.
