About The Position

In this role as a Credit Admin Assistant, you will support the corporate credit team in assisting with contracts and credit applications for our East region. This is a contract, project-based position.

Requirements

  • Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
  • Positive, Team-based attitude
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Create Customer files for up to 2K newly acquired Customers from our East Region.
  • Contact acquired customers via phone or email to request completion of an Arcosa credit application.
  • Verify Customer information.
  • Pull Experian Credit Reports and create a spreadsheet of credit limits and risk for evaluation.
  • Type up training documents.
  • Mail outs.
