About The Position

Honor LSV is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, initiative-taking, and comfortable handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Dependable, hardworking, and able to take constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or administrative setting

Responsibilities

  • Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage weekly bill payments.
  • Communicate with dealers regarding order shipments and updates.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
  • Set up new dealers, including out-of-state accounts.
  • Create VIN plates for carts using a laser cutting machine.
  • Package and ship spare parts regularly.
  • Provide overall office support and assist with additional tasks as needed.
