This position provides support to the Case Management department and the general office building. The role involves supporting administrative needs including implementing, maintaining, performing, improving, and reporting. The Admin Assistant independently completes various deliverables for Case Managers, Case Management Supervisors, Program Managers, Assistant Directors, Directors, or other stakeholders. The role requires maintaining a high level of knowledge of business administrative processes and functions and supporting a team culture of high customer service. Additionally, the assistant helps with special projects, documentation, record keeping, and compliance.
