As a Credit Admin Senior Association within the Domestic Commercial Real Estate team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of high-value, complex commercial real estate transactions. This position is responsible for managing the largest deals in the closing portfolio, leading departmental training, and onboarding, and serving as a strategic liaison across multiple business units. You will operational excellence through rigorous process oversight, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to support the firm’s commercial real estate objectives.

Requirements

  • Five years of relevant work experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially in partnering with business stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to review processes and recommend improvements
  • Solid understanding of controls and their importance to maintaining accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Creative problem-solving and data analysis abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of legal loan documentation and closing activities within the credit lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant credit experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Preliminary process for the most complex and high-profile commercial real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust closing procedures; identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance to internal stakeholders and other departments to facilitate seamless end-to-end deal execution.
  • Organize and prioritize annual reviews and new money applications, leveraging advanced analytical skills to assess deal complexity and urgency.
  • Manage priorities and expectations for markets in the Global region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare and present critical pipeline and market updates in meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed and documentation is accurate.
  • Represent the department in priority calls and exception meetings, delivering expert updates and recommendations on commercial real estate matters.
  • Manage urgent requests and shifting priorities, balancing stakeholder expectations and operational demands for timely execution.
  • Monitor, address, and resolve quality assurance errors; uphold rigorous standards for documentation and process integrity.
  • Oversee the Production SharePoint, ensuring all materials are current, organized, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
