Requirements

At least 1–2 years of work experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Representation, Business Development, or a sales environment.
Active participation in and consumption of the social media industry.
Knowledge of and prior experience with social trends, the creator economy, and analyzing social media metrics.
Exceptional work ethic, organization, and ability to manage numerous priorities.
Full proficiency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and a large volume of creators and influencers.

Previous experience with HubSpot, Kantata, TikTok Creator Marketplace, and PandaDoc.

Responsibilities

Identify and vet high-performing, brand-aligned creators and influencers through online channels, including Viral Nation’s proprietary technology, HypeAuditor, social platforms, and professional networks.
Generate and provide creator shortlists for branded campaigns and client services, with the objective of converting a majority of creators into paid campaigns.
Facilitate onboarding of qualified creators, including platform opt-ins and other requirements that support campaign-measurement data pipelines.
Collaborate with Client Services teams to support seamless campaign execution, using Viral Nation technology and tools to align with client expectations, agreed goals, objectives, and workflows.
Use Viral Nation-provided technology and tools to execute campaigns efficiently and align processes with internal workflows and client objectives.
Negotiate and prepare proposals, agreements, and creator compensation structures, including managing agreement redlines.
Communicate the value of branded opportunities to creators through meetings, presentations, and marketing materials.
Assess talent using objective and subjective criteria to determine revenue potential and campaign performance.
Establish and maintain a database and record of creators and influencers for campaign use and monitoring their growth for future engagement.
Proactively identify content trends and emerging creators and influencers that could enhance campaigns.
Support an empowered team environment by helping colleagues access the resources, tools, and support they need to anticipate and exceed expectations.
