About The Position

Grail Talent is an influencer management agency that connects a curated roster of content creators with digital marketing opportunities. It works with brands and record labels, including Sony Music Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video, to promote products and music on social media through influencer promotion and performance marketing.

As a Talent Manager, you will manage creators’ careers, help them grow their audiences and monetize their content, negotiate deals with brands and record labels, and develop content strategies. The role involves managing and growing creator portfolios, acquiring talent, building brand partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to guide strategy and expand the talent roster. It is fully remote, offers flexible hours, and pays through uncapped commission with no base salary.

Requirements

• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work hard to get the job done.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda.

• Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer portfolios and help creators grow their platform presence while securing brand deals.
• Scout and sign new creators, including emerging and established influencers.
• Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategy and expand Grail Talent’s roster.
• Negotiate deals with brands and record labels.
• Develop content strategies for clients.
