About The Position

Grail Talent is an influencer management agency that connects a curated roster of content creators with digital marketing opportunities. It works with brands and record labels to promote products and music through influencer campaigns and performance marketing across social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.

As a Talent Manager, you will manage creators’ careers, help them grow their audiences and monetize their content, negotiate deals with brands and record labels, and develop content strategies. The role involves overseeing influencer portfolios, signing new creators, nurturing relationships with brands and agencies, and collaborating with internal teams to shape strategy and expand the talent roster. The position is fully remote, offers flexible hours, and has no base salary; earnings are commission-based and uncapped.

Requirements

• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability and willingness to work hard to get the job done.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda.

• Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer portfolios and help creators grow their platform presence while securing brand deals.
• Scout and sign emerging and established creators.
• Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategy and expand Grail Talent’s roster.
• Negotiate deals with brands and record labels.
• Develop content strategies for creator clients.
