About The Position

Grail Talent is an influencer management agency that connects its curated roster of content creators with digital marketing opportunities. It works with brands and record labels on social media influencer promotion and performance marketing campaigns, including campaigns across TikTok and Instagram.

As a Talent Manager, you will manage creators’ careers, help them grow their audiences and monetize their content, negotiate deals with brands and record labels, and develop content strategies. The role involves managing and scaling creator portfolios, scouting and signing talent, building brand and agency relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to expand the talent roster. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and uncapped commission; no base salary is offered.

Requirements

• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Readiness to work hard to get the job done.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda.

• Experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer portfolios and help creators grow their platform presence while securing brand deals.
• Scout and sign new creators, including emerging and established influencers.
• Build and nurture relationships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategy and expand Grail Talent’s roster.
• Negotiate deals with brands and record labels.
• Develop content strategies for clients.
