About The Position

Grail Talent is an influencer management agency that connects its curated roster of content creators with digital marketing opportunities. The agency works with brands and record labels to advertise products and music through influencer promotion and performance marketing, including campaigns on TikTok and Instagram.

As a Talent Manager, you will manage creators’ careers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content. Using the company’s in-house software and your expertise, you will negotiate deals with brands and record labels and develop content strategies for clients. The role also involves overseeing influencer portfolios, recruiting creators, cultivating brand relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to grow the talent roster. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and uncapped commission; no base salary is offered.

Requirements

• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivation and willingness to work hard to get the job done.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale creators by overseeing influencer portfolios, growing their platform presence, and securing brand deals.
• Scout and sign new creators, including emerging and established influencers.
• Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategy and expand Grail Talent’s roster.
• Negotiate deals with brands and record labels.
• Develop content strategies for clients.
