Creative Traffic Coordinator

FlyteVu•Nashville, TN

About The Position

This role is for someone who wants to become an essential part of the Creative team, earn the trust of creatives, and genuinely loves helping great work happen. You will get a front-row seat to how ideas are made, sold, produced, and put into the world. This is not a role for someone who only wants to move tasks around in a system.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of professional experience; internships and experience in agencies, production, or other fast-moving environments are welcome
  • Organized. Lots of moving pieces energize you rather than overwhelm you
  • Curious. You want to understand the idea, not just the deadline
  • Outgoing and collaborative. You like people, communicate clearly, and are not afraid to ask questions
  • Proactive and persistent. You notice problems early, take initiative, and follow things through to the finish
  • Calm under pressure. You can juggle multiple projects and adjust when priorities or deadlines change
  • Detail-oriented. You keep information accurate and catch what others may miss
  • Hungry to learn. You are comfortable learning new tools, systems, and ways of working
  • Resourceful. You ask questions when you do not know something and figure things out when there is no obvious answer
  • A creative fan. You care about the quality of the work, not just whether it went out on time
  • Generous and high energy. You enjoy helping other people do their best work and like being where things are happening
  • Experience with software programs including Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, Outlook, Slack, and ClickUp
  • Must pass a background check
