About The Position
Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. We help financial advisors grow their practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects. Our proven video sales letter methodology has generated more than $45 billion in AUM pipeline for financial advisors across the country. We operate with a performance-first mindset and are currently in a period of rapid growth. Clients Blackbox is looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager to manage video projects, perform QA on completed video edits, and conduct introductory calls with prospective clients. This is a full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Experience in project management, creative operations, video production, or a similar environment
- Comfortable communicating with prospective clients on calls
- Professional, confident, and able to work independently
- Able to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced remote environment

Responsibilities
- Manage video editing projects from assignment through completion
- Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
- Perform QA on edited videos before final approval
- Review pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, formatting, and overall quality
- Provide clear revision feedback to video editors
- Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients
- Keep communication and project workflows organized across the team
