We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to manage the workflow of our Creative teams, ensuring on-time delivery of projects from brief through execution. This role involves assessing capacity, identifying risks, and forming mitigation plans. You will be responsible for formulating and updating project plans, maintaining schedules using Asana, and driving project end-to-end delivery by leading meetings with internal teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage leadership and communication skills to influence outcomes, objectively report on project health, and alleviate coordination and communication tasks for the Creative team. This role also acts as a liaison between Marketing and Creative, along with other key departments, facilitating clear communication across Brand, Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Operations. Responsibilities include planning monthly photo and campaign shoots, assisting with market sample ordering and product management, evaluating processes for gaps and optimizations, and assisting with the implementation of process improvements. You will also facilitate efficient communication between project stakeholders, organize and facilitate meetings with cross-functional groups and C-Suite executives, document actions from meetings, and maintain file structures within Google Drive, adhering to best practice project management methodology.
