Requirements

Experience in graphic design, creative marketing, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital ads
Highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools
Understand performance marketing and how creative impacts metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
Able to develop your own creative briefs, concepts, and campaign ideas from scratch
Work independently, take ownership of projects, and communicate confidently in English

Nice To Haves

Video editing and motion design skills are a strong bonus
Experience creating and editing video content

Responsibilities

Create high-performing static ad creatives for paid social channels (Meta, TikTok and more)
Own the creative process from concept to final execution, delivering high-quality, on-brand assets
Test, iterate, and optimize creatives based on performance data to improve campaign results
Research competitors, trends, and audiences to identify new creative opportunities
Stay up to date with design trends, social platforms, and AI tools to continuously improve creative output
