They have processed millions of tests across all 50 states and manage all operations in-house, including sample testing, logistics, code, marketing, and design. This vertical integration allows for speed, control, and creativity in shaping the future of health and wellness. The Performance Creative Strategist will own the critical connective tissue that turns customer insights into winning ads. This role is central to Rythm's growth strategy, which heavily relies on performance creative. The company spends approximately $50K/day on Meta and aims for rapid scaling across TikTok, YouTube, and organic channels, supported by a growing creator program. The strategist will operate the weekly creative flywheel end-to-end, from mining insights to concepting, briefing, and shipping new ads for testing. They will collaborate closely with media buyers to ensure creative output aligns with in-platform performance. This role, initially established by the founder and recently held by the CMO, requires a fast-paced builder who can efficiently enhance the program and earn senior leadership trust through results. The goal is to build a lean, agile, in-house creative engine for paid social and creator-led organic, with the potential to grow the team over time. The ideal candidate is direct-response native, possesses strong pattern recognition, copywriting skills, and a bias for shipping, rather than being a brand generalist or media buyer.
