You'll own the full creative operation — from workflows and timelines to visual direction and design execution — while leading a team of designers and keeping output consistent across every channel. Requirements

  • Experience leading creative teams and managing design projects end-to-end
  • Strong grasp of branding, marketing, packaging, and digital design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI-assisted creative tools strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of designers and creative professionals
  • Oversee project timelines, workload distribution, and quality control across all creative output
  • Provide feedback and direction to ensure visual consistency
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding additional creative talent as the team grows
  • Develop and refine creative workflows and internal processes
  • Lead development of product imagery, digital assets, branding materials, marketing collateral, and packaging
  • Review and approve creative work for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
  • Jump in on hands-on design work as needed — marketing materials, presentations, social assets, packaging
  • Collaborate with external vendors and creative partners when appropriate
  • Oversee use of AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies within the design workflow
  • Guide image creation, refinement, and integration across broader creative projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale through technology and automation
  • Stay current with design trends and creative tools
  • Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to support business initiatives
  • Maintain consistent branding across digital, print, packaging, and social channels
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and promotions
  • Contribute to social media and digital brand strategy
