About The Position
Ace Handyman Services SE WI is hiring a Craftsman to lead residential and commercial projects and handle repairs and installations across multiple trades. Work may involve carpentry, drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, and exterior repairs. The Craftsman assesses customer needs, identifies effective repair or remodeling solutions, and develops project plans, estimates, and timelines. The role independently manages projects from start to finish, maintains safe and organized job sites, and serves as the primary customer contact during projects. The Craftsman communicates clearly and professionally, works to provide customers with a high-quality experience, responsibly uses and maintains professional-grade tools, and accurately tracks materials, project progress, and daily work updates. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- At least 5 years of hands-on multi-trade experience.
- Own professional-grade hand and power tools.
- Strong math and measuring skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential and commercial projects.
- Handle repairs and installations across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, and exterior repairs.
