About The Position

The company is seeking a highly motivated, professional Craftsman with skills across multiple trades to perform handyman, repair, and remodeling work for homes and businesses throughout Kenosha. The ideal candidate is committed to quality workmanship and customer service, completes assigned tasks promptly and professionally, and brings independent judgment, problem-solving ability, and effective communication to a varied workload. The role involves work in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical trades. Craftspeople are expected to identify and use appropriate tools, troubleshoot issues, communicate with customers and colleagues, and maintain a clean-cut appearance with an organized vehicle and tools. They should also look for other repair needs around a property, build customer confidence, and communicate additional services the company can provide. The company describes the position as offering a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no weekend work; competitive pay and incentives; and opportunities to grow and advance into a lifelong career. Requirements

Good overall knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical work.

Responsibilities

Complete handyman, repair, and remodeling tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Perform work across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical.
Identify the appropriate equipment and tools needed for assigned tasks.
Troubleshoot problems and resolve them promptly and professionally.
Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
Look around properties for additional repair needs and inform customers about work the company can perform.
Build customer confidence and inquire about additional work when appropriate.
Maintain punctuality, efficiency, integrity, and high customer satisfaction.
Exceed customer expectations and contribute as an integral member of the team.
