About The Position

The Craftsman completes maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects, delivering precise workmanship across a range of materials according to project requirements. The role involves selecting suitable materials, using and maintaining hand and power tools, and providing an excellent customer experience that supports repeat business and a 4.5-star average customer review rating. Candidates need experience in multiple trades, their own truck or van and tools, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and the ability to meet the listed physical requirements. The position requires at least three years of U.S. driving experience. The employee must be able to become OSHA 10 Certified after 90 days of employment. The role’s compensation is $26–$28 per hour plus bonus; additional incentive, commission, or bonus opportunities may depend on role and grade level.

Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in multiple trades.
Current and valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
At least 3 years of U.S. driving experience.
Own a truck or van.
Own your own tools.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Ability to become OSHA 10 Certified after 90 days of employment.
Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs at least 15 feet high.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
Ability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
Natural or corrected vision for close, distance, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception.

Nice To Haves

Experience providing estimates for job time and cost, and billing; highly preferred.
Proficiency with technology; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
