About The Position

Isola is hiring a C Shift CPP Packing Operator at its Chandler, Arizona facility. The role is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packing pre-preg materials for shipment according to customer specifications. The schedule is 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, Thursday through Saturday, plus every other Wednesday; overtime, extended shifts, and weekend work are required. The skill level is B, and compensation is $22 per hour.

The position suits an efficient, task-oriented teammate who can manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions, including entering and retrieving information.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to understand work instructions, follow safety procedures, and complete job-related documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support safe, accurate, and efficient operations.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in inspection, packaging, manufacturing, or a related production environment.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and inspect materials according to customer specifications.
• Create labels in SAP and pack materials according to customer specifications.
• Accurately transact materials in and out of the SAP inventory tracking system and report material discrepancies.
• Perform other skill level A positions as assigned.
