About The Position

Isola is hiring a CPP Operator at its Ridgeway, South Carolina facility. The operator runs the Rosenthal machine, which converts prepreg rolls into sheets, and transfers fabricated prepreg sheets in a timely manner in preparation for the tooling process. The assigned schedule is 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with required overtime that may include extended shifts and weekend work. Compensation is $19.75 per hour. The listed skill level is B. The role suits an efficient, adaptable worker who can handle multiple priorities, contribute to a fast-paced team, and investigate problems to identify root causes. Internal applicants must complete the 90-day new-hire or newly transferred probationary period, have no active disciplinary notices for behavior or performance, and have no more than three attendance points.

Requirements

Strong English verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.

Responsibilities

Set up a prepreg roll on the machine using a hoist.
Operate the Rosenthal machine.
Inspect prepreg sheets for quality.
Return unused prepreg rolls to the staging area for restocking.
Complete the Production and Scrap Report form.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Transfer fabricated prepreg sheets in a timely manner in preparation for the tooling process.
