About The Position

Isola is hiring a CPP Operator at its Ridgeway, South Carolina facility. The operator runs the Rosenthal machine, which converts prepreg rolls into sheets, and transfers fabricated sheets in a timely manner to prepare them for the tooling process. The assigned schedule is 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work, is required. Compensation is $19.75 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including effective oral communication and proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift, with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping.
• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous machine operating experience.
• Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Set up prepreg rolls on the machine using a hoist.
• Operate the Rosenthal machine.
• Inspect prepreg sheets for quality.
• Relocate unused prepreg rolls to the staging area for restocking.
• Complete production and scrap report forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
