About The Position

Isola is hiring a CPP Operator at its Ridgeway, South Carolina facility. The CPP Operator operates the Rosenthal machine, which converts prepreg rolls into sheets, and transfers fabricated prepreg sheets in a timely manner in preparation for the tooling process. The assigned schedule is 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime, extended shifts, and weekend work are required. The skill level is B. Compensation is $19.75 per hour, plus a $1.25 per hour shift differential.

Requirements

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing and proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift, with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping.
• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up a prepreg roll on the machine using a hoist.
• Operate the Rosenthal machine.
• Inspect prepreg sheets for quality.
• Relocate unused prepreg rolls to the staging area for restocking.
• Complete the Production and Scrap Report form.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
