About The Position

Isola is hiring a C Shift Press Operator for its Chandler, Arizona facility. The role performs and cross-trains in several Skill Level A–C positions, primarily in the Press area, including Press Operator, Breakdown Operator, and Lay Up Operator roles. Work is scheduled from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday through Saturday, plus every other Wednesday. Extended shifts and weekend work are required. The position pays $24 per hour.

Candidates must have prior machine operating experience and be able to work in a safety-sensitive environment. The role also requires strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication. Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background report. Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems is preferred.

Physical requirements may include standing for up to 12 hours per shift, frequent bending, reaching, and grasping, and lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 pounds. For internal applicants, eligibility requires completing the 90-day probationary period unless otherwise approved by the direct supervisor, being in good standing, and meeting ongoing workplace expectations for performance, conduct, attendance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
