About The Position

INNOVIM is seeking support for NOAA’s Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR) Climate Program Office (CPO) Directors Office (DO). The candidate will execute expert organizational, problem solving, and project coordination tasks, including the ability to provide rapid responses to requests for program and project requirements and general information inquiries. They will also plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, develop documents using Microsoft Office Suite or Google applications, prioritize and manage information requests, plan and coordinate travel for DO federal employees, and coordinate work flows across OAR/CPO components.

Responsibilities

  • Execute expert organizational, problem solving, and project coordination tasks, including the ability to provide rapid responses to requests for program and project requirements and general information inquiries.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, including pre-meeting logistics, scheduling, preparation, agenda development, and post-meeting summaries and action tracking.
  • Develop documents to include briefing products (e.g., informational memos), databases, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite or Google applications, as appropriate.
  • Prioritize, coordinate, track, and manage information requests received by the DO. Tracked items shall be included in the monthly task order status reports.
  • Plan and coordinate travel for DO federal employees by scheduling trips using NOAA’s official travel management system at least two weeks in advance.
  • Coordinate work flows across OAR/CPO components.
